Through a practical, easy-to-follow program, you’ll learn how to assess emergencies, activate help, and deliver effective first aid alongside CPR/AED skills. You’ll build confidence for real-life response scenarios, understand common health and safety considerations using our pre-training intake, and practice with clear guidance and feedback. By the end, participants will be able to recognize urgent situations, perform CPR steps correctly, use an AED safely, manage basic first aid needs, and coordinate actions that protect patients and support your community.
